How we handle personal data.

When you fill in the contact form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, company, email address, phone number and your message.

When you visit the website, some technical information is processed automatically, such as IP address, device type and how you use the site. This is limited and described further under Cookies below.

In our service to clients, we also run advertising aimed at prospective tenants. That processing takes place within the advertising platforms' systems and is governed by each platform's own terms.

To deliver and optimize marketing campaigns on behalf of our clients.

To meet legal obligations, such as accounting requirements.

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to enquiries and running our business), contract (when we deliver services), and legal obligation where applicable. Where consent is required, for example for certain cookies, we obtain it.

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with providers who help us run the business — for example our email provider and advertising platforms such as Meta and Google — and only to the extent needed to deliver the service.

These providers process data as data processors or as independent controllers under their own terms. Some processing may take place outside the EU/EEA, in which case we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

We keep personal data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for — for example during an ongoing conversation or client relationship — and after that only as long as the law requires. When the data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.

You have the right to request access to the data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to request data portability.
